I was trying to draw Ashur cub sitting, and while Ashur's sketch turned out great, I could not get the cubs to look right. For one, just their cubby-ness made them difficult to draw, since I'm not used drawing cubs, and second, I really wanted them all to be playing and otherwise annoying the crap out of Ashur, but the poses were hard, so that just made it worse. So I deleted their sketches and just used Ashur's and did this. Yeah, he's just chilling with his fab mane.

That's okay. He looks awesome, and I can totally imagine cubs all over him and him just with that look of: T____T
Great work!

It looks great x3 <3
The best advice I can give for drawing cubs is to make them look like they haven't grown into all their features. Big eyes, ears, clumsy paws and a jiggly belly :B Or in the case of a long-legged animal like Isabella, probably draw her like a horse foal with loooong legs she hasn't grown into yet. And also super fluffy like a pomeranian puppy >u< <3

Yeah, I was trying to do that, but I couldn't quite get it right. Probably not a good idea for me to start out drawing cubs in complicated poses. XD Perhaps later I'll just do a few sketches of cubs in more relaxed poses for practice before trying this again.
