Okay, since I'm not yet "in" the roleplay just yet, I thought I would ask this before an emergency came up!
A) What are the ways of getting all of the rolls, like Damage and Pins and all that? (like, strength - roll = damage type thing)
B) How many something-shares can a Cheetah eat?
C) How do I hunt and scavange? How does one go about finding NPC prey?
Thanks! I'll be using this as a reference for my RP experience (I'm not good at memorizing things).

A) Not quite sure what you're asking here. Are you asking how to roll? To roll, you just type in [ roll ] but without the spaces, and then add your strength/ability/speed to the number you rolled, and that's what you get. Speaking of which, your stats in your signature are wrong. Please look here to get the correct stats. The stats on the side are just extra stats gained from posting. Whatever number is on the side, your extra stats are those minus 1, because we can't get it to start at zero. So you'll gain extra stats once those numbers get up to 2. You also don't have to include your age in your stats. And back to the subject of rolling and fighting, look here to learn how to fight. If you want, I can start up a Colosseum thread and we can practice fighting on there. B) A cheetah eats 2 leopard shares. Please refer to here.C) Hunting works the same as fighting. You have to fight to kill and eat your food. As for scavenging, you have to have the scavenger attribute to eat carrion, but there are plenty of dead bodies lying around that aren't considered carrion, currently. And as for NPC prey, those will be reintroduced eventually, however, there is none currently, because there is an excess amount of food just laying around. Once the food supply goes down, then I will be putting NPC animals back into the game. At which point, it'll just be a matter of hoping your character is nearby, or if not, that they can get to the prey before anyone else, and then fighting the prey.

So basically I'm just an idiot and making things 10x harder for myself? Great! .D.
Please yes. That would be very much appreciated.
(the only reason I put this up was because I saw, on one of the guide threads, something along the lines of "Strength - roll = damage" and wanted to make sure I had my ducks in a row before I really got into things)

Hrmm, are you sure it wasn't strength roll - defense? Because when fighting, if an attack lands, then the strength roll minus the defense is the total damage. Anyway, I'll create a thread here momentarily. Gotta figure out which character to use. XD I got quite a few that could use some healing, but they're stronger characters and wouldn't be good for a first-time fighter. XD

YES that's what it was
Okay that makes sense. /phew
Well, Ikusi has 60 health, so maybe you could narrow it down to someone about equal to that (50-70)?

I already created the thread. I chose my cub Rudo and just temporarily aged him up for the fight. Here.
