Dnali laughed, already soaking wet. "Good work, boys! And you too, Sekai, you've got those splashing skills!" She giggled, sending a little spray of water at her daughter. "Oh, don't worry you big baby, I'll get you all pretty again later," she added, giving Ashur a smirk.
The white lioness pranced out of the water, grinning widely. It was the first real fun she had had since her cubs were born. She loved them all, of course, the four of them were everything she could've hoped for, but it was good to let loose and mess around again. And none of them had the ridiculously serious demeanor her mother and sister had displayed. She had been a little worried about Sekai, but now that she was older the girl was much less nervous.
"Don't worry, Rudo! Daddy would never hurt any of us, he was just playing," she said, nuzzling the cub and giving him a lick on the head. She then jumped away, dropping into a play-bow with her rear in the air and tail swaying. "You guys can beat a big brute, bu can you catch me? I bet I'm faster than all of you!" She wondered briefly if the cubs were tired, but even if little Rudo was her own four needed the exercise. They had hardly been out of the den at all because of the heat and chaos, if they didn't get active now they'd end up chubby and lazy!
Sekai was absolutely soaked, and her neck fur looked especially droopy for a female, and she shook her fur out a bit. She smiled awkwardly at her mother, walking out of the river and sitting down, quickly getting to grooming her fur. Though as Dnali challenged everyone to chase after her, she smiled a little and stood up. She herself was rather tired, especially with her neck heavy from the water soaking through the fluffy fur, but she wouldn't deny her mother a game of chase. "I'll get you, Mom!" She went into a play bow herself, rear wriggling in the air, before she pounced for Dnali.
Ammit chuckled at Dnali, her daughter leaping onto the other lioness with glee. The two were playing, and Rudo was still standing still. "Rudo, it's okay! Daddy didn't hurt me, dear. Go try and catch your aunt Dnali!" she said cheerfully, nuzzling him with her nose. Again she shook out her coat, getting the last bits of water out of her fur. Ashur then shook out his mane, the water splashing onto her. "Ashur!" she laughed, shaking the water out one last time. She smirked at him, smacking the male's side lightly with her tail.
As much as Rudo wanted to continue playing, the little cub was absolutely exhausted now, and he yawned sleepily. "I don't wanna play anymore, Momma." He slowly fell onto his belly, stretching out his limbs and let out a second, squeaky yawn, before crawling to Ammit and curling up against her paw. "I'm sleepy, Momma." He nuzzled his face in between two of her toes, before instead just crawling on top of her paw and practically hugging her wrist.
"Awww, that's okay, my little Rudo," murmured the lioness. She lifted her opposite paw, lightly rubbing the top of her cub's head with a toe. She laid herself down, carefully adjusting her leg so that Rudo wouldn't fall off of her paw. Ammit looked up to the sky, noticing that the sun was beginning its slow journey towards the horizon. While still high in the sky, Ammit knew it wouldn't be much longer before they'd head home.
Ashur rolled his eyes a bit at Dnali, but with a sigh, turned and looked to his other lioness and his now sleeping son. "He should be taken back to the den." After all, if he was going to sleep, the den was the best spot for him. Dnali and their children could stay out longer, and anyway, he'd prefer it if they did. They had spent all of their lives at the Watch, and they all needed to get some exercise. It was obvious Sekai was already tired from splashing the water, and that was just pathetic. She needed to be pushed, so chasing Dnali around would be perfect.
But Rudo was still young, and thus, Ashur was going to go easy on him. Once the little cub was a bit older and gaining muscle, then he'd start pushing the boy, but for now, rest was just as important as exercise. "Come on, let's go back to the Watch." He glanced back at Dnali with a frown. She and Sekai might be getting hungry soon. "If you want to stay out here with the cubs a little while longer, I can bring you all some food." They all could probably stand to eat a little today, anyway. Especially considering how much food they had. Turning to Ammit, he started walking back toward the Watch, checking to make sure she followed.

Hearing Ashur's voice, Ammit looked up, nodding to him. He was right; Rudo would sleep better in the quiet and comfort of the den. Cautiously, Ammit lifted Rudo and placed him on her back, making sure he was steady and unable to fall. "Right behind you," she murmured quietly, walking carefully behind Ashur and checking on Rudo periodically.
Ashur easily made it back with the rhino remains, dropping it near the lions but not so close that they could trip over it during their little came of chase. "Here you go! It's not much, but it should be a suitable snack until you're ready to come back to the Watch." He smiled a little, then sighed and turned to head back. One of these days, he would have to take his children out hunting. They needed to have their first hunt soon, or else they would never gain the skills necessary to provide from themselves and for the pride.

Dnali grinned and leaped away, easily evading the clumsy cubs. She smiled at Ashur, briefly nuzzling his shoulder before getting back to their game. "C'mon Sekai, you can do better than that," she teased, bouncing back and forth in front of them. "Get your haunches under you and spring off, you get more distance that way," she added, demonstrating by leaping straight over the group.
Kayin watched Ammit and Rudo go, a little disappointed that their brother wouldn't be playing with them, but he was soon distracted by Dnali and Sekai starting a new game. He raced over, watching with a huge smile and getting ready to try a pounce himself. "We can do it, Sekai, we'll get Mommy together!" He declared. Though he was far too soft and kind for his own good, Kayin certainly held Ashur's values close to heart. Teamwork and family were the most important things to him!
When she failed to land on her mother, Sekai huffed and frowned, looking rather upset with her failure. When Ashur returned with some food she brightened up a bit, finding herself craving meat more and more, and she quickly rushed over to gulp some of the rhino down. Once her stomach was full again, she turned back to her mother, and now Kayin, who was teaming up with her. "Okay..." She took a deep breath, turning to face Dnali, and bunched her muscles together. She wriggled her rear a bit, before suddenly launching herself at Dnali. Even if Sekai wasn't the fastest or the most graceful, there was no denying the large lioness, despite not having gotten much exercise during cubhood, had a ton of muscle on her, and she was able to go pretty far.
Dnali grinned, making a half-hearted attempt to get away. She knew Sekai would need some success to encourage her, so she didn't go as fast as she could have and let the cub catch her. She ended up landing right on Dnali's hip, and the mother 'fell' over, laughing. "Good job, Sekai! You're going to be a very strong lioness indeed!" She cried, rolling onto her back and batting at her daughter's face.
A moment later she noticed the cold, frowning. Ah well, just a little longer wouldn't hurt! "You too, Kayin, try pouncing, like Sekai did!"
It didn't take long for Ashur to get to the Watering Holes. He saw Dnali and the cubs still playing and he sighed a little, wondering how they could possibly handle being out in this cold. Raising his head, he called out, "Come on, you guys! Let's head back to the Watch before you all freeze to death." He noticed a single portion of the rhino left and he snorted, looking back to him. "And somebody finish that up. I don't want to carry it back." 'Cause Ashur's feeling lazy today, apparently.

Asha walked to the watering holes to get a drink and noticed that Ashur told the cubs to go back to the Watch and that someone need to finish the Rhino up so he doesn't have to carry it back. Asha volunteered to carry it back up because no one seemed to want to eat it at this moment. Asha turned around as she was walking and said "Shouldn't you be carrying this and not me? You are the king." Asha turned away with attitude and walked away with a smirk.
Sekai was proud of herself when she successfully pounced on her mother, and she quickly stepped back so that Kayin could give it a try. But then Ashur appeared and she grinned at her father, bounding over to him. "Hi, Dad." She nuzzled his shoulder, which of course caused her to be consumed in her father's mane, but she wasn't complaining. It was cold out, and his mane was warm. She wasn't at all against heading back home, and she looked to her mother and brother again, waiting for one of them to finish up the rhino so they could head back.
But then her sister, Asha, appeared, after being silent for so long. Sekai raised a brow at her attitude. What had happened to her? She had been so sweet before. When she basically told off their father she winced a little and huffed, rather upset with her sister for this sudden change, as well as her disrespect.
Ashur: I am creating a whole new site. However, I do not have the time right now to finish it, so it's going to have to wait. So don't talk like I'm not still here.

ModDog: Perhaps next time you would like to take a site like this and keep it running by yourself, and only yourself. A site like this is high maintenance, especially when you have other, more important real life stuff to deal with.

ModDog: Also it would do to try and read the chatbox, as the message has yet to disappear. This site will one day be recreated when I have the time, but for now, ya'll can calm your tits and go find a different role play forum, yeah?

MESSAGE MODDOG, NOT ME: I'm sorry you had to do it on your own Mod ;w; For those who have little faith in the staff: Moddog = awesome. She had to run it on her own after I had to leave due to wedding plans being SUPER expensive and time-consuming. I look forward to a re-creation

Ryan: For this record, this was one of the sickest roleplays I've been part of. I genuinely wish it continued.
